I am writing this at Vancouver airport waiting for my flight to New York to continue my North American tour :). This concludes two months of living in Vancouver. I've decided to move to Van for two months to work face to face with people I usually only communicate online. It has been a great experience. There are some things you cannot communicate online be it IRC, Skype, voice chats or video chats, things you talk about when going out for lunch, vibe in the office, mood of people sitting in the same room, talks you have at fridays after work beer. On the other hand I had a feeling I got less stuff done because of the distractions that are present in the office.

Moving out of our apartment today was a strange experience. I never lived for this long outside of my home town. When I left home I knew I was coming back but this time I cannot be 100% certain that my path will lead me back to Vancouver. Saying goodbye to friends I made or met again in last couple of days was hard at least modern technology makes it easy to stay in touch and see what they're up to.

Thanks to everyone who made my short stay feel like I was at home. I really hope to see you again sooner rather than later.

what?! you have a blog?!? i'm so glad you decided to come stay here for a bit, even if it wasn't permanent. i think it was actually much harder to say goodbye to you, than scott and sam cause they always have a reason to come back, but with you, i have no idea how long it will be before we're in the same spot again! hopefully sooner than later though... till then i'll see ya on the interwebs. *big hugs*
